You may park in my driveway, facing my garage door, as street parking is limited.
During your first appointment, extra time will be taken to complete the Massage Therapy Client Intake and Health History Form & the Consent Form
If you are able to print and complete these forms prior to your first appointment, I will gladly email them to you upon request.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure that you receive your full treatment.
Payment can be made by cash or e-Transfer at kimi.gagne@hotmail.com
