A footbath is a local immersion bath covering the feet and ankles in hot water (approximately 100 degrees F). The footbath includes an invigorating bubble massage, rejuvenating overworked feet. Epsom salts are added to the footbath for their relaxing and anti-inflammatory properties. During the treatment, the client is sitting in a chair and is covered with a warm blanket while a cold compress is applied to the forehead. After the immersion bath, a peppermint foot lotion is applied to create a cooling sensation to help invigorate and revitalize your feet.
